ICYMI: MSNBC’s The Ed Show

On last night’s Ed Show, we discussed the recent Fast and Furious‬ controversy, including Rep. Darrell Issa’s contempt vote against U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder.

Watch the video from last night’s panel discussion and let me know your thoughts on whether Issa’s actions are justifiable.

From The Ed Show:

Attacking Holder drives us to distraction

Representative Nancy Pelosi says the contempt charge against Attorney General Eric Holder are a distraction from the real issues facing America. Ed Schultz talks to the Big Panel — Republican strategist Susan Del Percio, Democratic strategist Keith Boykin, and author and attorney Catherine Crier — about gun running, conspiracy theories and contempt.

Rep. Chris Van Hollen blasts the Republican move to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt over “Fast & Furious” documents. New York Times Columnist Nicholas Kristof and Washington Post Columnist Dana Milbank discuss.

The Republicans’ crazy “Fast and Furious” conspiracy is starting to unravel and Democrats are pouncing.

Tonight, Ed has the latest on Darrell Issa’s political witch hunt with Rep. Peter Welch (D-VT) and Rep. Gerald Connolly (D-VA).

The “Fast and Furious” controversy is so hot right now, Ed will ask our panel – Keith Boykin, CNBC Contributor and Democratic Strategist, Susan Del Percio, Republican Strategist, MSNBC Contributor, and Catherine Crier, Attorney and best-selling author of “Patriot Acts: What Americans Must do to Save the Republic” — to weigh in on that, too.

As Republicans obsess over Attorney General Eric Holder, more than seven million college students are about to see their student loan rates double.  But President Obama is keeping up the pressure.

Mitt Romney fails to lead on immigration yet again.  Ed will have the latest on the Republican Dream Act nightmare with Chuck Rocha, Executive Director of the American Worker Latino Project.

The Romney campaign reportedly tells Florida Gov. Rick Scott to shut up about his state’s rebounding economy.  More proof that Republicans are rooting for failure?  Ed will ask Ben LaBolt, Obama Reelection campaign National Press Secretary.

And in the Big Finish, millions of Americans will be getting a rebate from their health insurance plan, all thanks to Obama care.  Former Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) will join Ed for reaction and analysis.

It’s going to be yet another packed @EdShow at 8pET on @msnbctv.
