Without a broad middle class that earns decent wages and can legitimately afford to consume American goods and services, there can be no sustainable market for domestic businesses. We can rebuild on credit, but we will crash again–soon.
Rather than examine the decline in jobs and wages, our political and corporate leaders just craft new ways to extend credit to consumers. How long must hard working Americans be subjected to wage slavery?
